Every time I try to make this page I tear up and quit. I have decided tonight that I am going to finish regardless. Since the day Zoei aka Promise was born she was the apple of my daughters eye. She had asked me many times throughout the years why we never had any blue points? I explained to her it wasn't in our cats genetics.... my daughter asked "mom if we ever have one can I keep it and I said yes". Well, after switching males for experimental purposes, a blue point kitten with the longest fur ever was born.... so to make a long story short Zoei became a part of our family and the first and most anticipated breeder ever born to us. Zoei started mothering kittens at 6 months of age cleaning them and cuddling with each and everyone of them.... it was in her blood to be a mommy. She was so carefree and docile, I could travel with her anywhere and she was calm, even to the vets. She was allowed to go to a show with a customer of mine because she was friendly and very pretty, she really enjoyed everyone, and still does. Zoei even fostered a litter of kittens for another breeder and did well, she was such a great mother. Zoei's breeding career was ended extremly short only having four kittens ( all girls), due to infection caused by a kitten being stillborn in one of her horns. Zoei was spayed and it was a very hard decision for us to rehome her, but as the picture from her new home above shows she took it well. She is living with Michelle and family who also adopted Zoei's half brother " Mouse" and "Jayda" who is Zoei's 1/2 cousin. Michelle updates me often and I love to see her, I have to admit I cry each and every photo, but I know she is where she belongs for she is happy and Michelle adores her. I will never forget Zoei for she has a special place in my heart and I miss her dearly.......... Yes I am crying, but atleast I finished her page!
